The Schneider Electric Conext TX Grid Tie inverters offer improved reliability and easier installation than the discontinued Xantrex grid-tie inverters. One of the chief innovations made by Schneider is an improved MPPT algorithm that sweps a wiser voltage range to maximize energy harvest in adverse conditions.
The compact Conext inverter is a proven, high-frequency design in a compact enclosure and may be installed with a single PV array, or in a multiple-inverter configuration for large PV systems. Conext Series inverters feature an NEC compliant, integrated Square D DC/AC disconnect. Sealed inverter enclosure can be quickly separated from the wiring box and disconnect for servicing. The NEMA 3R enclosure has a large wiring area with eight knockouts (¾" and 1"). Conext inverters can be mounted side by side with zero clearnace relying on large heat-sinks rather than fans and vents for heat dispersion. An integrated LCD displays power level, daily energy and lifetime production, system status, and installer customized screens. Conext inverters will auto-detect 240 VAC or 208 VAC operation.
